About this property

This incredible 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is available for rent at an affordable price! The Wyndham Nashville Resort is located about a mile away from the legendary Grand Ole Opry and the Opry mills outlet mall. Wyndham Nashville is close to many of the city's most popular attractions and about a 15 minute drive to downtown. The resort has 2 outdoor swimming pools, an indoor swimming pool, an outdoor hot tub, fitness center, basketball, picnic/BBQ area, and live entertainment.

The condo available for rent is a 2 bedroom - 2 bath furnished condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath that includes a Jacuzzi jetted tub. The second bedroom varies from 2 full size beds or two twin size beds along with a second full size bathroom. Each of the bedrooms have flat screen TV's. The condo has a nice size living room with a queen size sofa sleeper and balcony.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The guest checking into the condo must be at least 21 years old.

We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $99 CHANGE FEE.

The resort requires a security deposit of $250.00 at check in.

Great property but far from town

This was a nice property, it was a bit dated inside. They were in the process of working on some of the units, so perhaps they are starting to update. The noise of construction was loud during the day, so anyone trying to rest/nap would have trouble doing that. The units were very large inside, which is great! Our room needed to be stocked with more essentials. More TP, hand soap and laundry detergent than what was found in the room would have been nice, but you can go to the office and grab more if you want. There is shuttle service provided that will take you to Broadway for $10 per person roundtrip, which was convenient. The resort itself is pretty far from everything except the Grand Ole Opry, so a lengthy drive was needed everytime we wanted to go and do something. A rental was definately be needed to get around.

This property was super spacious and made us feel like it was a home away from home. Truly felt like an apartment except with super smiley faces to provide clean linens and everything else necessary. Truly enjoyed our stay and will stay again !!

Mini weekend get away with friends

Great property. Everyone was super helpful. Check in was great. Loved there is a shuttle to downtown. Within minutes to Opry land hotel and mall. Property was great for two couples. Would stay again.

Perfect location!

The Wyndham property was great. Those condos have been there for a while and some of them are dated. However they are in the process of remodeling the building in the front. Which we never noticed any construction sounds. I’m sure they will remodel the whole resort. They are situated in a perfect spot. You are really close to Opry Mills and the Grand Ole Opry. You are close enough to drive 15-20 minutes almost anywhere in the Nashville area for things you may want to do but are out of the hustle and bustle of the city. My kids loved the pools. Overall a great stay and if we go back to Nashville someday we will definitely look to book here again.

Perfect location for us

We loved the location as we could walk to some bars/restaurants nearby that had live music. Broadway is an Uber ride if you want to go there. Rental was clean with lots of room. The only issue we had (which is not owners fault) is that the Wyndham Resort does try to get you to listen to a presentation we knew this ahead of time and after a few minutes of badgering us they stopped when I took my room key and walked away. Other than that all was perfect! Will stay there again!

What delightful stay

We enjoyed out stay during our transition to living in the TN. The accommodations were perfect for out needs. The location was great for access to yummy food and activities. We enjoyed the pool with our 2 year old on multiple occasions.

Nice property, great location.

My family and I had a very pleasant experience with this property. The owner was very responsive, check in was very smooth, the property was clean and it was close to shopping/restaurants. Only a short drive to downtown, but nice not to be in the hustle and bustle. I would definitely recommend this property for families, especially if you’re looking to save money on food. Having a full kitchen was very helpful!

First time in Nashville

Such an amazing time just ten minutes away from the city and ten minutes away from the lake. My family and I had a great time the whole week with so much to do but also having the pool and kitchen to make our own meals as well.

Overall enjoyed our stay.

Overall good stay and would stay again. Facility was very clean and everyone was nice We had a 2 room lockout meaning we had 2 units that connected with a locking door that could have been rented separately. No issues with larger unit but the shower in the smaller unit was terrible; thank goodness we had the other shower. No bedding in either suite for the fold out couch but the resort was quick to bring this up when called. Furniture, Couch and chairs, were not very comfortable for sitting. Pools were by reservation only. Due to the number of guests that had already registered for the pool (1 & 2) we did not get to use the pools at all. Pool 3 was open without registration but was still limited by capacity and was only open until 6 PM. Playground was closed Fold out bed was more comfortable than most. Mattresses were very comfortable.

Best place to stay in Nashville!

This place was amazing! We will never stay anyplace else when we visit Nashville. The communication was amazing with the staff! It was so clean and the staff was just a text away. They had great safety precautions in place and even at the pools, staff were actively cleaning. This was perfect for our family. We will definitely be returning!

Excellent condo, clean and spacious.

Great condo, clean and very spacious. Beds were extremely comfortable. Great location as well, about a mile away from the Grand Ole Opry and a large mall. They tried selling us a time share at check in but I politely but firmly declined and they respected our decision. We did not feel hassled. Hoping we can return to Nashville soon, and if we do, this place is the one we will be looking for!
