The double aspect living room enjoys comfortable seating and a wood burner, perfect for those cooler winter evenings, cosy up and enjoy the views across Falmouth harbour. On the other side of the house, the double aspect kitchen/dining room is a great space to gather for a feast at the end of a busy day or discuss plans for the day over breakfast together. Upstairs you’ll find the three bedrooms, all have been decorated to create a relaxing atmosphere and good nights’ sleep, both the double room with kingsize bed and the twin room have sea views, the single room comes with a pull-out bed on request. Completing this fantastic property is the family bathroom with bath and a separate shower cubicle. You will love staying here and love the area to an equal degree.
Located an easy walk into the heart of Falmouth, here you can enjoy the wealth of fine restaurants and thriving pubs that this vibrant town has to offer. Just 5 minutes’ walk away is Events Square, where the Falmouth Oyster Festival and the shore-side activities for Falmouth Week are based, and the National Maritime Museum. There are regular ferries from the Prince of Wales Pier and Custom House Quay that are well worth a day trip with destinations such as the beautiful St Mawes and the Roseland Peninsula or further up the River Fal to Trelissick Gardens, Malpas or Truro.
