For night lovers who love Albufeira, our ELI’S FLAT will be the right choice, as this recently redecorated 2-bedroom apart is just 50 meters from the Strip. Located on the 2nd floor of a small condo where you will have all the comforts as if you were at home. It accommodates up to 5 people. Liberto’s bar, Wine & Co and Oura beach are just a short walking distance from the accommodation. Therefore, do not hesitate and book in advance to enjoy your vacation in the best location in town.

Premium apartment located on the 2nd floor with balcony. The property has 2 bedrooms, (1 with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds). Air conditioning with cold air system in the living room, stylishly decorated living / dining room with access to the accommodation's balcony. Our Eli apartment easily accommodates 5 people (comfortable sofa bed in the living room). The kitchenette is very functional and is equipped with several quality appliances, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer.
Smart TV with cable channels, WIFI, are some of the facilities that this apartment with a more than perfect location has to offer its guests.

Guests will have exclusive access to the property as well as the shared roof terrace where you can join a sunbath and beautiful sunset. Located a few meters from Praia do Oura and the street of bars in Albufeira. The accommodation is not suitable for meetings or parties of any kind. The house rules must always be respected. The maximum number of occupants allowed on any reservation is 5 people.

24 hours before your arrival, you will receive a message from me in order to best coordinate your arrival time. Our "Meet and Greet" will always be at the property.

Located just 1 minute from the Strip in Albufeira and 500 meters from Praia da Oura. Despite being very close to bars area, it is nevertheless located in one of the quietest areas. If you want to spend your holidays in Albufeira in this private accommodation , you don't need a car.

All our check-ins are in person and usually between 4pm and 7pm. Let us always know your estimated time of arrival, since we could have other check-ins at the same time and we must schedule our team to be (if we did not have any unexpected issues) the first to be at property.

* If you are arriving by plane, share your flight number and once you are ready to leave the airport, give us a call.
* If you are traveling by car give us always a call 1 hour before.

We manage this property independently and all our “meet and greet” are in person. All our check-ins are from 4:00 pm.

Service fees for:
Check-ins between 7:00 pm and 10:00 pm 25 euros | From 10:00pm: 45 euros

25 euros for early check-ins (10:00 am to 4:00 pm)
25 euros for late check-outs until 2:00 pm
50 euros for check-outs until 6:00 pm
(Always subject to availability)

Rental service for: Cot: 12 euros and baby highchair: 7 euros (unit/stay)
Rental beach towels: 6 euros per towel

This property does not have a permanent service like hotels. Services that are not included are considered additional and could have a service fee between 30 and 150 euros for:

. Called to open doors (forgotten or lost keys).
. Additional orders and deliveries of towels
. Repairs and maintenance of equipment (due to negligence).
. All other types of services not mentioned in the property information.

A security deposit of 300 euros is required upon arrival and can be paid by: credit card, MBWay, Revolut, or cash. The security deposit will be returned within 7 days by bank transfer after thorough cleaning and inventory verification.
