Hairbnb is a sleek one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Eastbourne.
Set on the first floor, above the fabulous 'Ministry of Hair', it's a great spot for a relaxing seaside break - and you might even come home with a brand new 'do'!
The seafront and theatres are just 10 minutes walk in one direction, with the shops and train station five minutes stroll the opposite way - and you've a wealth of restaurants and cafes literally on your doorstep.
Newly renovated for 2023, this stylish apartment is airy and light throughout with huge windows at the front overlooking Eastbourne's 'memorial' roundabout - with views towards the seafront beyond.
The open-plan living space boasts a brand new, contemporary kitchen fully equipped for a self catering getaway, including an oven, two-ring hob, fridge-freezer and microwave.
Although there's no need to cook if you don't want to - you're falling over cafes and restaurants within moments from the apartment. We particularly like the coffee at Urban Ground on Bolton Road - although you do have your own Nespresso coffee machine in the flat for a nice quality wake-up brew (pods available from Lakeland across the street).
There is a washing machine if you get a bit mucky exploring the glorious South Downs, and if you have friends over to eat, the dining table seats up to four.
When you're ready to chill out for the evening, there's a small sofa in front of the lounge TV - and a second TV in the bedroom if you can't agree on the channel.
You can sprawl out in comfort in your kingsize bed and there is a handy dressing area, plus ensuite shower (the main toilet is off the living area). A door from the bedroom area leads to your private balcony to take in some air.
WiFi is provided, plus all linen and regular towels (pack your beach towels). Don't forget to pack your slippers as the floors are mainly tiled.
It's easy to get around on foot, being just a few minutes walk from Eastbourne train station and close to many bus routes. But if you do drive here, we can provide parking permits that allow you to park on a nearby street for just £2 per car, per day.
