Floor to ceiling glazing to watch the weather cross the Bay. Lovely open planned living on the ground floor so families can spend time together. Step out through sliding doors from kitchen and lounge into the garden and enjoy plenty of space to dine, and children to play.
Four bedroom on the 1st floor include a Master ensuite with super king bed. The ensuite includes shower, basin and w.c. The 2nd bedroom has a King sized bed. The 3rd bedroom a 3ft single, best suited to a child. The 4th bedroom has a zip & link bed and can either be set up as 2 x 3ft singles or a super king. The family bathroom with bath and step over shower, basin and w.c. All 1st floor bedrooms have access to the balcony, to enjoy glorious views of St Ives Bay and views up the north Cornwall coast.
Please note during school holidays this property lets on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday.
