Welcome to Villa Mespila! Villa Mespila has been renovated in December 2022 so you will enjoy the new modern feel and a super clean comfy home. Located in Ayia Napa it is just three minutes walking from Nissi Avenue where you can find all necessary amenities. No car needed to enjoy evening walks to the buzzing street filled with restaurants, bars, clubs etc. This 3-bedroom and 3 -bathrooms Villa is a 5 min walking to the closest sandy beach called Vathia Gonia Beach which is connected via an amazing cobble stone walking path with amazing views to Nissi Beach only another 10 min away! The Villa can provide accommodation for 8 people. It has a large outside area with a pool, BBQ and plenty of room to relax amongst lemon, mandarin and of course mespila trees. The Villa offers sea views from the pool area as well as from all its rooms. The Villa has everything you need just bring your suitcase! Bed linen, towels, beach towels a flat-screen smart TV, WIFI, a fully equipped kitchen, children highchair, baby cot etc. are all provided.
