Fantastic Studio Apartment
Our property is ideally placed in the heart of Leamington providing 9 fantastic studios of differing size. The building was refurbished in 2023 and is located in the heart of Royal Leamington Spa.
Our location is one of our best features as we are situated on the main high street in Royal Leamington Spa, offering immediate access to restaurants, cafes and independent shops.
The accommodation has been refurbished in January 2023 and we welcome pets in selected rooms.
All accommodation has central heating and a kitchen area if guests prefer to cook for themselves. Rooms have large Georgian windows allowing an abundance of natural light and fresh air.
