The flat does not have air conditioning but fans are available. Wifi is available throughout the apartment. You will also benefit from a collective car park and the residence's swimming pool, open from June to September. The flat is on the third floor with lift. The port and shops are a 5-minute walk away and you can also take advantage of the many activities on offer nearby, such as the aqua park, the acrobranche and the Ile au Loisir, just a few minutes away by car.
