The flat is modern with an open plan kitchen and totals around 43sm. I am the owner of the flat and I normally live here so I would prefer someone responsible and reliable to look after it during the stay.

The flat is situated in a small sized new development just 7-8 minutes walk from Deptford or New Cross station. Lovely area with plenty of amenities, coffee places, bars and restaurants. Deptford High street is a short walk. Greenwich is around 20 minutes riverside walk and is worth visiting. There is plenty of museums, Greenwich park, restaurants and street food markets. Transport links are excellent with London Bridge 1 stop away , Shoreditch / Bricklane 15 min on the overground and the city center 25-40 min.

There is central heating that you control from the thermostat, there is all the amenities for cooking etc. Big windows with plenty of light. The flat is on the 3rd floor overlooking SW with beautiful sunsets. You also get views of the city center (Shard, London eye etc). There is very fast internet and also Netflix on the TV. The TV is smart so you can connect with your phone. There is a pretty decent sized bedroom with a king sized bed and a luxurious super comfy Dunlopillo Latex matress and Latex pillows. There is a walk in shower in the bathroom.
