Great time in Porto

The apartment was very well situated, it had all of the necessary amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. It was great to have a 2nd bedroom to sleep in (when one of us snored 😉). Very useful to have access to a garage for our rented car. Thank you Marcos! Michele & Tony Michele & Tony

No need to stay in Porto

We have been please to spend 5 days in Vila Nova de Gaia because it is true that we are only few minutes away of most of Porto attractions. You took the metro who pass beside the condo and you are in Porto in no time. It does not mean that Vila Nova de Gaia does not have any attraction. It is fun to walk there and visit few port houses. You can also find good sangrias quite easily. The apartment is large enough to host four adults and has all the furnitures you may need. It is nicely decorated even though chosing white couch and chair covers is a strange decision. Not too far, we have found a nice grocery and a marvelous place for breakfasts and pastries. Highly recommended.

Schönes, geräumiges Appartement in zentraler Lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die zentrale Lage geschätzt. Cafés, Restaurants, Supermarkt, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel - alles in der Nähe. Das Appartment bietet viel Platz und ist gut ausgestattet. Unser Ansprechpartner war immer telefonisch zu erreichen und hat sich schnell gekümmert. Er war sehr hilfsbereit und entgegen kommend. Die weißen Stühle und das weiße Sofa sind vielleicht nicht ganz praktisch für eine Ferienwohnung.Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Appartement très bien situé

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. C'est la deuxième fois qu'on y va et on est très content de l'appartement. La pâtisserie en bas de l'immeuble est excellente. Mr. Loureiro est toujours aussi aimable. Nous y retournerons.

Bonne location, mais je pense qu'il il faudrait revoir la propreté et que le propriétaire soit plus vigilant au regard de celle ci. Dommage, sinon très bien ….

Très bon logement

Logement moderne avec tout les services à proximité. Garage pour la voiture. Vraiment très bien situé. Le seul bémol c'est le bruit du métro la nuit. Le double vitrage n'est pas efficace.

Excellent appartement situation et tres bon rapport qualite prix

L’appartement est trés bien situé pour visiter Porto parking securisé sous terrain propre fonctionnel à 200m de la station metro Sao Joao 1 la ligne D jaune, superrette en face de l immeuble, à conseller fortement. M. Loureiro tres sympathique il nous a permis de stationner un 2 eme vehicule dans le parking souterrain, Merci encore.

Fabulous modern apartment in Vila Nova de Gaia

We spent 5 nights in Marcos beautiful apartment and loved it. A secure park for the car, supermarket just across the road, and the Metro running down the street outside the front door. The apartment was well equipped, and had the most comfortable beds we have had in 4 weeks in Spain and Portugal. Marcos was great and so helpful (even after we had issues with our GPS that sent us to another street with the same name) and this took us more than an hour later than promised to finally arrive. Marcos was very patient and helped direct us to the right street. We cannot recommend the apartment and Marcos highly enough!

Exzellente Wohnung mit guter Verkehrsanbindung

Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist, steht ein Platz in der Tiefgarage des Gebäudes zur Verfügung. Durch die nahegelegenen Metro- bzw. Busstationen ist man sehr schnell in Porto selbst und Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Não poderíamos ter escolhido apartamento melhor!

Excelente localização, metro e autocarros para todo lugar que precisei ir, apartamento lindo, limpo e com tudo que vc precisa para se sentir em casa! Sr. Marcos, foi um excelente anfitrião, sempre atencioso e simpático. Passamos um período de frio e o apartamento nos manteve quentinhos e confortáveis. Quem optar por este imóvel, não vai se arrepender em nada. Obrigada Sr. Marcos!

CÓMODO Y DE CALIDAD

Hemos estado entre los días 6 y 10 de diciembre y nos hemos encontrado muy cómodos. El apartamento es muy amplio y no le falta nada de lo que habitualmente se tiene en casa. Las camas, ademas de amplias, son muy cómodas. Además, puedes dejar el coche en el parking y desplazarte en bus y metro cuyas estaciones están muy cerca. Tardas 10 minutos escasos en ponerte en el centro de Porto si lo haces en metro. La relación calidad/precio es muy buena, volveremos.

Excelente!

O apto. é ötimo, tudo impecável. Com todos utensílios necessários, máquina de lavar roupa, louça. Para mim o mais importante foi a localização. Só atravessar a rua e tem o supermercado Continente. Vai-se a pé para o El Corte Ingles, bem como para o cais de Gaia e ao atravessar a Ponte já estará no Porto. O metro fica a 200 mts e vai-se a todos os lugares. O imóvel fica na avenida principal, lugar tranquilo, maravilhoso.

Amplio y funcional.

El piso es tal cual se ve en las fotos, el tranvia en tres paradas te acerca a Porto, supermercado, restaurante, tiendas etc,a mano, propietario correcto y atento, si regreso a Porto repetiré alojamiento. Un saludo a Marcos Loureiro.

Very convenient location....but...

The actual property and location is fantastic. However, we (2 mature couples) did encounter some difficulty in dealing with the owner. When we arrived, Marcos met us and started showing us the apartment, but quickly realized that the cleaners had not come....and it was past 7pm! Luckily, he had a similar apartment nearby which was clean and vacant. He told us that we would have to make ourselves available to move the next day since that apartment was booked for the next day. This would have been a great inconvenience to our ready made plans for the next day. But somehow, he must've resolved this issue since he later advised us that we could stay in that second apartment. All went well until our departure time: we had to wait for Marcos so that he could return our significant cash deposit, but he was 30 minutes late....luckily, we did not have a plane to catch. A few hours after our departure, he called our cell phone to accuse us of breaking or stealing a piece of the coffee machine....which we did not do! The machine was completely operable but the cover piece to hide the used pods was missing. We never saw it. But he insisted that it was our fault and that we were to somehow pay for a new machine, or he would "report" us! Which he did....he gave us a very bad guest rating, which is when I decided to review him. He also accused us of breaking the blinds....which did not operate properly on our arrival.

Groot appartement, mooi uitzicht

Het appartement is gelegen van zo'n 20 minuten wandelen van de Douro rivier. Wij vonden het prima om naar het centrum van Porto te wandelen, maar 200 meter verderop kun je de metro nemen. Of je neemt die op de terugreis. Precies tegenover het appartement is een middelgrote supermarkt, schuin tegenover een restaurant waar je lekker en voordelig gegrild vlees en vis kunt eten. Het appartement is ruim, netjes ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Behalve de airco, is er wel een oven, vaatwasser, wasmachine, staafmixer en een stofzuiger aanwezig. De matrassen van de bedden vonden wij goed liggen. Het appartement heeft twee badkamers met een bad, dus dit biedt zeker voordelen. Het geheel was schoon. Bij het eetgedeelte heb je een mooi uitzicht over de verkeersader richting het centrum. Dat is ook een nadeel, het verkeer hoor je vrij goed, net als de metro. Wij vonden het niet heel storend, behalve als het raam open staat. Wel hadden wij last van onze bovenburen, die tot midden in de nacht lawaai maakten. Wellicht hadden wij pech, niets ten nadelen van de verhuurder. Bij aankomst betaalden wij de voorgeschreven borg, die wij op de dag van vertrek contant weer terugkregen. De verhuurder spreekt goed Engels en legt alles goed uit. Het voordeel is dat je onder het complex een eigen parkeerplaats hebt. Het was alleen lastig om met de lift te nemen, omdat de sleutel in het liftslot niet helemaal pastte. Al met al waren wij zeer tevreden. Vooral door de aanwezigheid van de metro en supermarkt tegenover vonden wij ideaal. Er is ook een klein balkonnetje dat je kunt gebruiken om wasgoed te drogen. Verder is er geen balkon om te zitten, daarvoor kun je in de kamer de ramen openschuiven. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding vonden wij de vijf sterren waard.
