This amazing villa is appropriately named Tranquility. Through the entrance you can immediately see the large swimming pool, and yard with fruit trees and lots of space to run around. Privately walled. Just a 5 minute drive to the lively town of Sosua. Short walk to Playa Chiquita beach. Large American Style kitchen with full refrigerator, range and oven, microwave. Large living room for entertaining, open concept design. Out door BBQ.
Each bedroom has it's own private bath. The master bedroom is a King size mattress, and the 2 other bedrooms are queen size. There's one additional single bed in master bedroom for guest or a child.

Love to travel to interesting places. My favorite is places that have plenty of sunshine and warm weather. We have several properties here in the DR. that I rent out, and have a good solid reputation and a large following of clients for the past 10 years.
Why they chose this property
Spacious Italian designed villa has such a peaceful and serene aura about it. Once used as a yoga studio retreat, one can immediately notice. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming. Mostly Expats, in upper scale homes. Proximity to town is 5 minutes by car. You are a short walk to a natural beach called Playa Chiquita, and the Casino Playa Chiquita for night life.
