Why they chose this property
Close to the university UTEC, in front of the MAC (Museum of Art). The apartment is next to Miraflores, and many places to go in Barranco. Outside the building, there are many places at the Grau Avenue: convenient stores (Tambo and H52), Ecovive that is an organic store, a farmacy and others. It is also close to the sea at walking distance crossing the Grau avenue. Larcomar which is a famous shopping center is 5-10 minutes by taxi. Close to the apartment also there are restaurants, local markets, cafeterias, etc.
