What an amazing get away in a winter wonderland!! Location is great and everything about the place was warm and inviting. Debra is a great host!! We will definitely be back!
Absolutely LOVED our 2 nights at Villa Pine Mountain in Los Padres National Forest. Debra was an amazing host and had the place looking fantastic when we arrived. She had loads of excellent suggestions for local hikes and other fun things that Pine Mountain has to offer. We would love to be back here!
Thanks for everything Debra!
This house is everything the pictures show and more. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and a pie waiting for us upon arrival! The owner Debra was available to answer questions and give out hugs. We were close to the town center and were able to go sledding with the sleds provided. Thank you!
Debra is a wonderful host. I went with some friends who I hadn't seen some before COVID. It was a wonderfully relaxing visit. The house is lovely and has everything you need. In addition we got greens and veggies from a local organic farm and there were fresh eggs in the fridge on arrival. Thank you Debra

Warm and inviting home!
Debra's place is clean, spacious, and has many amenities that help make one feel welcome. We enjoyed the warm fireplace/heater, the large kitchen, and the comfortable beds. Bird watching was especially fun in the backyard. My granddaughters had a blast playing inside and outside in the snow. Debra provided coffee, tea, and breakfast bars, which were a special treat for us.
When we get there Debra welcomed us with a big smile and she had a gift for my husband (because it was his birthday) and we really appreciate her for that gift, she gave us a tour at the house it was very organized and clean, she was concern of every detail to make you comfortable and welcomed, the beds were so comfortable the restrooms and the showers were clean and had everything the kitchen were clean and have all the appliances you don't need to take anything with you unless you use special spices for your food. We could sit outside and enjoyed the great weather we made barbeque everything was wonderful we can say it was one of the best vacations that we had. I am so glad that I booked here and for sure we are looking to get back soon.

A great bargain for what you get!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this chabby chic home! The owner has re done so much in this home but has added some antique items as well. The stove/oven is a beautiful antique that works. She had a small tv but we didn't need it. She has wi-fi and when you're in the mountains who wants to watch a lot of tv anyway!? She is very close to the fishing pond and we even drove up the mountain and hiked to the waterfalls. A very lovely hike! The owner is very helpful and hospitable! She has a downstairs full bed and the beds upstairs are queens and one room has a twin as well. Very roomy for our family of five! We highly recommend this place!
This country cottage is charming! We were greeted by a nice warm fire in the pellet stove, which kept the house at a cozy temperature the entire time. Debra welcomed us when we arrived, gave us a tour of the house and left us to enjoy our vacation. She didn't invade our privacy at all.
The cottage has a great layout. There's a bedroom and bathroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms and another bathroom upstairs. My friends and I had plenty of space to find a quiet spot to read and draw. The back patio was my favorite! There's a nice bistro table and chairs where we enjoyed our afternoon cocktails.
Check out the upper balcony at night. The stars are truly amazing!
Debra was a wonderful hostess and made us feel welcome. She's a wealth of information about living in the woods. I learned a lot and have a great time!

Best value and more!
This cottage is clean, comfortable and charming as its owner! The interior looks better than the pictures with all the new modern amenities new floor, new paint, new kitchen, new bathrooms. Antiques furniture to match the french country theme blended well with all the white and green color decorations. Lots of space for our family of 4 and we had fun checked out the fishing pond and the hikes. The beds are comfortable and ceiling fans keep them very cool for naps when outside reached 90. Debra stocked her kitchen so we had everything we would needed from fresh eggs to healthy snacks and lots of teas and condiments. Renting is simple, no cleaning fees, no deposit and Debra replies to us right away throughout the booking process. It is the best but modern bed and breakfast to have a family reunion. If your kids want to watch TV, bring a CDMI connection or a DVD player as there no cable but good internet connection. We hope to be back! Thank you Debra for being a sweet host!
Had wonderful time with family. Lovely house everything we needed was available and Debra was an amazing host. She is very thoughtful, kind and positive energy all around. We will be back again
Thank you Debra
We had a perfect weekend here! Debra was such a wonderful host. She was very inviting and made us feel right at home. The cabin was clean, well equipped, and nicely decorated. The location was right off the main road with easy access. We hope to be back soon and enjoy the area and will definitely stay here again. Thanks Debra ;)
Debra was helpful, warm and welcoming. The house was beautiful! We enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be back. Huge plus that the downstairs is all wheelchair/handicap accessible.

Very well maintained and Debra is a fabulous host.
The home is beautiful and there was a binder of things to do around the community. The beds were sooo comfy and the wonderfully scented soaps and shampoos were icing on the cake. We are already trying to think of another occasion to return. Thank you, Debra!!!

Very clean and comfortable
We had an amazing time and enjoyed hiking on the autumn-colored-trail nearby. The cabin was so clean and convenient for 3 couples. We loved sitting on the big back porch with talkative & cute sqirrels and birds, and the front porch of the cabin. Thank you to the owners for letting us stay at there beautifull cabin. Her artistic touch on the cabin interior and warm hearted welcoming gave all of us an unforgettable memory. Thank you, Debra!

Charming home, wonderful host!
I've stayed at various rentals in the past from Napa Valley to NYC, and by far this is the only one that exceeded my expectations. It reminded me so much of a wonderful bed and breakfast in Switzerland! Debra is an amazing host; from the prebooking stages all the way to the very end of our stay. She always made everyone feel welcome! Personalized notes, homemade welcome bread, detailed trails and events, safety gear,....even water to drink on your nightstand!
This is genuinely a lovely lady and It is evident in her home and everything around her. If you want a relaxing home away from home, this is the place to be!
Thank you so much Debra!

I love the outdoors and nature.
Why they chose this property
This property reminded me of the French country villas in the north of France. It has beautiful bones and hope you find comfort during your stay.
What makes this property unique
We leveled the entire first floor so we are wheel chaired or walker friendly. To help you enjoy the natural surroundings - the interior paints and finishes are non chemical! The gardens produce flowers, herbs, vegetables and there are fruit trees we love to share with you.
