Our flat is an excellent choice for those looking for a comfortable and well-equipped stay in the city, prepared to accommodate 4 people, it is cosy and functional, perfect to enjoy your visit to Malaga. The location is ideal for easy access to the main points of interest in the city, while the convenience and comfort of the flat will allow you to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing or work.
THE APARTMENT
The living room is the heart of the flat and has a comfortable sofa bed for two people, where you can relax after a day exploring the city. The flat has free WiFi connection, which will allow you to stay connected throughout your stay, as well as a flat-screen TV, so you can enjoy your favourite programmes and films.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, a dining table for four people and large windows that let in natural light and provide a feeling of spaciousness and brightness.
The bathroom has a modern shower, soft towels, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries to make you feel at home.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with comfortable mattresses and quality bedding to ensure a good night's sleep. As well as stylish, minimalist décor, you will find storage space for your belongings and a safe. GETTING AROUND THE AREA
The location of the holiday flat is very convenient for guests wishing to explore both the coast and the centre of Malaga, either on foot, by public transport or by car.
If you arrive by car, there are parking spaces on the street, or if you prefer, there are covered parking spaces close to the premises. The connection is ideal if you are travelling by plane, as the suburban train leaves you at María Zambrano station.
Furthermore, the proximity to the city centre is an additional advantage for guests, as the city centre can be reached in just two stops on metro line 1 or in approximately 15 minutes by bus on line 4 or 19. The nearest metro stop is located at C/Santa Marta, Line 1. The nearest bus stops are at C/ la Unión (towards the centre) and Paseo de los Tilos (back from the centre), both 3 minutes away, where you have access to lines 4, 19, 20 and N3.
This means that guests of the flat will have easy access to Malaga's main tourist attractions, such as the Picasso Museum, Malaga Cathedral and the Alcazaba of Malaga, as well as the shops, restaurants and bars of the city centre.
The holiday flat is only a 15-minute walk from the beach, making it an excellent choice for those wishing to enjoy sunny days on the Malaga coast.
It is also just 10 minutes away from both the train station and the bus station. This means that guests of the flat will have easy access to other parts of the city and beyond.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
We are located in the Union district of Malaga, a quiet, residential area of La Union, where you will find local shops and well-known supermarket brands such as Mercadona, Lidl, Aldi, Carrefour and Dia! These establishments are open for a large part of the day, meaning guests can shop whenever they need to.
The area is close to popular restaurants in the area, ask us for recommendations on typical bars and beach bars in the city.
