kilometers from the city centre.
Carefully decorated in minimal style, it holds everything you need to fell at home, enjoying the comfort; it is
composed by a living room with table and chairs, television and sofa-bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a double
bed room and a bathroom with shower. You can use the terrace complemented by table with chairs for
several purposes: you can work or enjoy sunny days directly from home. The main areas (living room and
the double bedroom) are equipped with air conditioners, hot and cold air generators, adaptable depending
on the season.
The apartment is suitable to host from 3 to 4 people.
Thanks to the privileged position, close to the city centre, but far from the urban noise, the apartment is
perfect for a quiet stay. You can easily reach beaches, natural sites or place of business interest. The
connection with the main roads ensures to achieve in a short time touristic destinations like: Porto
Rotondo, Porto Cervo, San Teodoro.. City Tax: € 2,50 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 7 nights
