About this property
Beautiful summer house near forest and beach
The house is located in beautiful Gudmindrup Lyng about an hour's drive from CPH. Please notice: new pictures of recently renovated bathroom will soon be online.
It is a authentic summer house from the 70s with lots of charm and coziness, but in a good condition. A new beautiful annex and a new large wooden terrace have been added to the house. The plot is just under 1500 m2, facing south with plenty of sun and with good shelter from the wind. There is plenty of bird life at the grounds.
The house is located 600 m from the fantastic beach Gudmindrup Strand with dunes and sand as far as the eye can reach. There are lifeguards at the beach during the school holidays. Super delicious ice cream, burgers, etc. at the beach cafe "Haveje" right by the beach. Lots of beautiful nature in the area and bird life, exciting historical sights, eg. Højby Church (lime paintings in world class) and the location of the "Solvognen" (ancient find). Nice places to go out to eat in the local area and Sommerland Zealand for the whole family.
Shortly said; the whole package.
More about the house and the garden:
The house is a wooden house. It is well furnished with a large L-shaped room which has three sections, reading corner, dining and TV room. The style is 60s/70s mixed with newer furniture, which harmonizes together. There are atmospheric paintings and posters on the walls. The house has both a heat pump and a wood-burning stove.
The kitchen is cozy and stylish (70s). There is a new stove and fridge, as well as lots of crockery, good knives, dishes, pots, pans etc.
The bathroom has the original floor and wall covering from the 70s, with a well-functioning new shower and new toilet. There is a shower curtain so that the entire bathroom does not get wet when bathing.
There are two bedrooms; one with a double bed (140 cm.) and one with 2 bunk beds.
The annex is located close to the main house and is connected to a large, lovely wooden terrace. The annex has a pitched ceiling, is insulated and can be heated. There is a double bed (160 cm.)
The terrace is a full 55 m2 and there is both sun and shade on it during the day according to one's needs. There is also a tiled area on the plot, located where the evening sun is and where there is a barbecue and dining table.
At the shed, there is also a small seating group, where it is possible to sit outside under the half-roof if it should drip a little.
The plot is well screened from neighbors and the garden is behind the house, away from the road, which is a dead-end dirt road, so there is no through traffic and you drive at low speed. There is no traffic noise in the background.
All in all, the house and grounds are super well furnished and utilized in relation to sun and wind.
