Villa Quinlan, with three separate rental properties, is situated in the heart of Capestang, a lively 13th century village (on the Canal du Midi). There are several restaurants, shops and cafes just a few steps away as well as a twice weekly market.

Le Grange is in the grounds of the villa but has its own private entrance and secure terrace., BBQ and outdoor seating.

The house is in the grounds of a large old villa but has its own private entrance and secure terrace, BBQ and outdoor seating. Inside there is a modern kitchen and lounge with 3 en suite bedrooms sleeping 6 people. This house has been designed to suit guests with impaired mobility, having an external ramp and a bedroom with en suite bathroom/wet-room suitable for wheelchair access.

The pool is shared by the other properties, Le Manoir and Le Vigneron and can only be used by guests at Le Grange if they are part of the three house rental at the Villa.

It is possible to rent this house in conjunction with the main villa's Manoir and Vigneron giving capacity for a total of 24 guests. When a single guest party rents all three properties then all occupants will have access to a large gated courtyard and secluded patio garden with pool open from April to November (9x 4.5 and 1.2 deep). There is also a further BBQ, summer kitchen with drinks fridge, shower, cloakroom, table tennis and lots of teak garden furniture for relaxing. The church behind is lit at night and proves a wonderful backdrop to dinner!
