The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals, and a small balcony overlooks the lively streets of Bairro Alto and the Tejo River. Additionally, one of the bedrooms is equipped with an Ac unit for your comfort.
*Before you reach our cozy apartment, we kindly inform you that involves climbing some stairs. Consider it a warm-up for comfort.

As this apartment is situated in the city center, it's important to note that Bairro Alto can get quite busy, especially during weekends. This makes it an ideal choice for those who want to be in the midst of the action, fully experiencing the vibrant energy of the neighborhood.

Each of the three bedrooms offers a cozy retreat, with two of them featuring queen-size double beds and one with two single beds. The bathroom is conveniently located, and the kitchen is equipped with modern amenities such as a kettle, coffee maker, laundry machine, dishwasher, microwave, and more.

Bairro Alto itself is a historic neighborhood nestled in the heart of Lisbon, Portugal. During the day, it exudes charm with its colorful buildings, quaint shops, and trendy cafes. However, it truly comes alive at night when the numerous bars and restaurants open their doors, filling the streets with a lively mix of locals and tourists alike.

Please note that a €200 security deposit is required to book this property. The deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property, within 7 days of check-out.

» Late night check-in: for arrivals between 21:00 (9 Pm) and 9:00 (9 Am) a late check-in fee of € 25 shall be applied. This amount should be paid in cash upon check-in.
» Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
» If guests lock themselves out of the property or do not return the keys to the lockbox at checkout, a 50 euros fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80 euros fee will apply. In case our team is unable to unlock the door and there is the need for specialized assistance, additional fees will apply.
