Eidothea, the ideal villa with pool and great sea views

Villa Eidothea is a modern villa of 400 sq.m built in a 4500 sq.m plot on the top of a hill in the beautiful area of Korakia, in Porto Heli Argolis. The villa boasts a breathtaking sea view of the Myrtoan Sea and of the island of Spetses, but also a splendid Mediterranean garden, so beautifully landscaped and so well maintained that complements perfectly the already spectacular landscape of the area, making it a pure delight to the eyes. The villa itself is built on three levels. The ground floor level is where an impressive entrance with a beautiful mosaic doorstep allows the access to the spacious living area with a big bookcase, a smaller sitting area right next, but also the open plan and fully equipped kitchen, while the best part of this space is the unobstructed view to the sea through big-paneled sliding doors, allowing a direct access to the terrace and the pool area. On the same level there is also the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, as well as a guest’s WC.
