The one-bedroom suite is deployed in a total area of 67 sq.m on one level, comprising of a fully equipped kitchenette and a living room with an expandable sofa bed that can easily accommodate up to 3 persons.

A damage deposit of EUR 1500 will be requested upon arrival. It will be made by credit card. You will be refunded 7 days after check-out. The deposit will be returned in full by bank transfer once the accommodation has been reviewed.

The guests must ensure that the property is returned in a presentable state.
We reserve the right to reclaim any additional cleaning costs if the guests should not leave the property in the above-mentioned state
