Upon entering the house, you will nbsp;immediately feel at home in the comfortable and cozy living room on the ground floor, perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The living room is equipped with a ceiling fan and smart TV .The fully equipped kitchen is conveniently located next to the living room, making meal preparation a breeze.

Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms, providing ample space for up to six guests. The first bedroom boasts two single beds and has a deck fan, while the second bedroom offers a double bed and is equipped with a standing fan). The third bedroom is a double with an attached terrace, complete with an awning for shade on sunny days and a deck fan.

The house features two bathrooms, one with a convenient shower, and the other with a bathtub and jacuzzi shower, perfect for unwinding and indulging in some much-needed relaxation.

The ground floor boasts a charming small private garden area, complete with a table and chairs, and an awning for enjoying meals al fresco during sunny hours. The garden area provides direct access to two lovely communal pools and a stunning garden area surrounding the pool.
