Guest Access & House Rules:

Guests have access to the entire apartment, the terrace, and the communal courtyard. In case of cancelling the reservation, VRBO's cancellation conditions apply. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and if a last-minute cancellation occurs due to accidents, illnesses, flight cancellations, or any other unforeseen events, we can issue a refund for the accommodation fee only if we successfully re-rent the apartment for the period you reserved. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance before your trip to reduce these potential risks. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and accept our house rules. Please note that according to current government regulations, ID scanning is mandatory for all guests in Hungary.
In addition to the ID, we also kindly request a selfie from the main guest or the person making the reservation, to help prevent misuse. This process is fully in line with GDPR regulations.
