Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property. It had one bathroom with a separated shower, and it required some walking to the tram station, but other than that everything was good.

Nice flat conveniently situated at a few stops by tramway from the airport and the city center. Lorenzo is very responsive and helpful. I recommend Cosimo apartment.

Wonderful Florence Apartment
We stayed here on a family vacation traveling throughout Italy. The location was great. Just a quick tram ride to get around the city. The apartment is beautiful and clean with plenty of room for our family of 5. Communication with the owners was convenient because they live upstairs.

Everything was great, the apartment is even better than the pictures. Apartment size was just fine for the days we spent there. Short walking distance for supermarket, train station and restaurants. Good comunication. The fact that they live upstairs is a plus. Make it easier if you have any problem.

L'appartamento é dotato di bagno troppo piccolo, senza bidet, una camera (posta nel seminterrato) ha la finestra su strada e praticamente si sente ogni più piccolo rumore. L'altra camera non ha finestre sull'esterno.

L'appartamento è molto spazioso. Pulito e con tutto il necessario per fare i turisti, con la tramvia si arriva in centro comodamente. Comodo parcheggio. Siamo stati accolti con grande disponibilità e simpatia. Lo consiglio.
