Sumur - 3 bedrooms in Castellana

Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Sumur is a sultry take on Indonesian influence blended with a Madrilenian foundation. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, Sumur knows space. Intentional design and detail are found throughout all 160 square meters of the home, drawing inspiration from its Castellana backdrop. Luxe inside and outside of the home, the Castellana neighborhood is for strolling down its many promenades or indulging in a delectable Spanish meal.

Bliss fills the space from the very beginning with a cool-white color palette in the entrance. The entryway branches off to a second hallway on the right guiding guests down a wooden-detailed walk to the three bedrooms. The first bedroom, on the right, is nothing short of brilliant with a purposeful mix of creams and organic details such as the wooden accent wall behind the queen-sized bed. The space boasts utility with ample storage space lining the right-hand wall and a dedicated workstation in the corner of the room.

Stepping further into the space to the left is the detached bathroom. Muted travertine tiling meshes with wood flooring to complement the modern fixtures and walk-in shower.

The next door on the right leads to another divine bedroom. A bohemian textile wall hanging rests above the queen-sized bed while built-in closets make up for the right of the space.

Just across the hall is the ensuite bedroom. A few steps to the left leads to the bathroom. Keeping with the classic design, black and white artwork hangs next to the all-glass, walk-in shower. The space opens up to a grand bedroom. Stylish, bench seating lines the left-hand wall, a queen-sized bed takes the center, and ample, built-in closets rest on the far right. Head through the doorway to the right of the room to find a private office space for two.

Back down the main hallway, to the right is Sumur’s kitchen. Reminiscent of Southeast Asian shores, the taupe cabinetry ties together with the slate-colored flooring to create a breathtaking blend of tones. The kitchen calls for a culinary experience with modern appliances, a two-seater breakfast bar, and all the necessary cooking utensils.

Finally, a spacious, open-concept living and dining area presents itself at the end of the hall. Reigning in breadth and design a six-person dining experience melds into a regal living room concept complete with designer furnishings and a full entertainment system.
