How does it work?


-After the booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on chat with simple instructions to follow to register all guests. (This process is very important and required by law). You can find all the information on accommodationweb.poliziadistato


-After registration is complete you will receive via chat the instructions to enter the house, they will be active from 3pm, you can check in until 9pm.
-To avoid misunderstandings we ask you the kindness to read carefully the instruction that you will receive after registration.

N.B. If the following rules and policies are not followed, we are not responsible for any inconvenience:
registration must take place no later than 24h before arrival
in case of access to the flat after 9pm and in case of malfunctions and problems we are not responsible.




- Take care of the house as if it were your own; all items inside must be returned in the same condition as they were on the day of your arrival. In case of damage, the cost of the item or repair will be your responsibility.
-We inform guests that the property does not provide soaps and detergents.
-Do not lose your keys or damage the lock, the cost of repair/replacement will be borne by the guest.
-Leave the house tidy, with rubbish sorted as indicated in the instructions. In case of additional cleaning, costs will be charged to the guest.
