Rental ideally located in the most fashionable area of the city near Place du Pin on the top floor with elevator 2 steps from the sea and old Nice. Station of blue bikes and blue cars at the foot of the building. This 40 m2 crossing rental has a 20 m2 terrace and a 10 m2 balcony. It has been completely renovated and has reversible air conditioning. The fact of being on the top floor (6th floor) makes this rental very quiet and little affected by noise from the street. Nice at Nice

Hi, Great location as only minutes from the port and old town as well as trams to central Nice and the airport. Top 6th floor view from two balconies was good. while small was quite ok for two people. Needs a few minor additions to facilities Regards Trevor

Appartement très bien équipé et très propre qui bénéficie d'une situation paisible. Idéalement situé à proximité des commerces, des restaurants du quartier du marée et du vieux Nice. Cerise sur le gâteau un PARKING sécurisé. Un accueil avec le propriétaire très agréable et un échange riche de conseils et d'informations. Nous reviendrons... s'il reste de la dispo !!

Hübsche Stadtwohnung

Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Zentrum von Nizza. Sämtliches (Restaurants, Cafés, Supermärkte, Museen...) ist zu Fuß erreichbar; sehr gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Klimaanlage war ein Segen! Toll ist auch, dass es einen Balkon und eine Terrasse gibt. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Great accommodations

The apartment was a great place to stay in Nice. It was clean, air conditioned, and had everything we needed, including beach towels and mats! The balconies are lovely to sit out on. Sophie was very quick to respond to any messages. The elevator in the building was great for transporting our bags. The location was very central and near the old town and the beach.

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal in der Wohnung, dieses mal für fast 4 Wochen. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt, die beiden Balkone sind im Sommer toll. Man findet immer ein schattiges, abends auch ein ruhiges Plätzchen. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut, es ist alles da, was man so braucht. Sophie ist eine sehr nette, freundliche Vermieterin, unkompliziert und immer sehr gut erreichbar. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt dort.

Simply the best!

Such a nice experience to stay for 8 days in this apartment! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the middle of the trendy area between the port and place Garibaldi. One balcony with sun for breakfast, and the terrace on the opposite side for afternoon drinks and dinner. The apartment is well equipped for cooking your own meals and the area around hosts many nice restaurants. We spent time at La peche a la vigne, with friendly staff and excellent food and wine. We will come back! Thanks Sophie!

Nizza eine tolle Stadt

Wir waren zum 2. mal in Nizza. Diesmal in der Nähe vom Hafen. Die Wohnung hat eine super zentrale Lage und mit den 2 Balkonen ein kleines Paradies. Alle nötigen Geschäfte sind ums Eck erreichbar.Uns hat es sehr gefallen und Frau Soave hat uns alles gut erklärt mit der Wohnung.Die Wohnung war genau so, wie beschrieben. Alles was man braucht war da, sogar Kaffee. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat super geklappt . Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und alles sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Dagmar und Axel Wandel

Perfekt für einen Urlaub zu zweit

Die Wohnung ist sehr hell mit Blick auf die Dächer von Nizza in einem Kneipen-Viertel, aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Wenn man die Straßenbahn vom Flughafen nimmt, kann man bis Endstation fahren und es sind nur 250 Meter bis zur Unterkunft. Die Altstadt und der Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar. Herzlicher Empfang, rundum sehr zufriedenstellend.

Weltklasse!

Mittendrin statt nur dabei - hier stimmt es. Über den Dächern von Nizza, gleich am Anfang der Rue Bonaparte, 3 Minuten zum Place Garibaldi, viel besser kann man es nicht treffen. Das Wlan stabil, die Vermieterin hilfreich und freundlich, der Balkon zum Osten für den Morgenkaffee, die Terrasse mit Tisch und Sonnenstühlen nach Westen, offen auch zum Süden, zum Glück mit Markise :-). Im sechsten Stock, aber bequem erreichbar mit dem Lift. Der optionale Parkplatz gut befahrbar, Waschmaschine und Kaffeemaschine Nescafe Dolce Gusto runden die tadellose Ausstattung ab. Das Bad nicht groß aber alles gut nutzbar, Handtücher und Bettwäsche in ausreichender Menge. Sehr empfehlenswert!

séjour très agréable

J'ai un très bon souvenir de ce séjour dans un quartier de Nice très agréable. Le logement confortable est très lumineux et le soleil présent le matin et le soir. Les propriétaires sont serviables et présents. J'espère renouveler cette expérience
