Heron Cottage is a charming traditional cottage in the fishing village of Cellardyke. Located on one of the quaint streets just steps from the historic harbour and on the coastal path, Heron Cottage accommodates up to six guests over three levels. With sea views through the lane directly in front of the cottage, you can watch the waves from each of the rooms.
The well equipped kitchen has everything you will need for a self catering stay, and has an extending dining table to seat six as well as a cosy window seat to watch the world go by. The first of the double bedrooms is on the ground floor and has exposed beams and is decorated in fresh and relaxing tones. On the first floor is the spacious twin bedroom, family bathroom with shower over bath and the inviting lounge with fireplace and comfortable furnishings for relaxing in. A selection of board games are provided and are the perfect way to spend time together. A further staircase leads to the upper level where there is a second double bedroom with seating area on the landing, ideal as a quiet reading nook or space for the kids to play. There is a small covered courtyard area to the rear with table and chairs for two. Cellardyke is one of the East Neuk villages, just 15 minutes from St Andrews and has long been a popular staycation and holiday choice. With a great range of outdoor activities from golf to walking the coastal path, watersports to fishing as well as fantastic selection of restaurants and fresh local produce it has something for everyone.

Perfect location for this holiday home. We are all in our 60's and enjoyed the comfort of the house. Comfortable and clean and would definitely stay again. Hadn't been to Cellardyke before but definitely lovely quiet place to stay.
