Bad experience
The apartment was awful, the sofa bed was held up with wood, the table leg was off, to make a king size all that was done was they were pushed together. One of them was broken at the head and sloped down. There was only enough crockery and cutlery for two people even though it was a place for four so we couldn't have people round for a meal. After complaining we were moved to another apartment. Slightly better but only enough cutlery for 2, except only 1 fork, the pots were badly scratched, the light in the cylinder cupboard was damaged, the iron was so badly burnt that it was unusable. There was no instructions for the smart TV and no TV in the bedroom only the evidence of where they had been pulled off the walls. The three beds were all in a row, the middle one sank down when sat on (on inspection it was upside down with no support for the very soft mattress) the third bed that my husband slept on was broken at the head and he slept with his head below his feet. The light over the bed his side was totally broken and my one you had to plug it in across the access to the bed, a real hazard during the night. There was no plug in the bathroom sink and the toilet seat did not have a lid. We woke up to a leak in the hall coming from above. I have photos of these problems and complained. As we were up for the week before our sons wedding with busy time and didn't want any stress, we found another apartment on another site. I have already complained to Vrbo but not heard back.
