At 800 meters from the sea, villa on one level surrounded by 2000 square meters of fenced olive grove. The villa of about 200 square meters consists of a main body and an annex.

The main body consists of an entrance hall, a large living room where there is a very comfortable sofa that can be transformed into a double bed if necessary, a dining room with kitchenette, three bedrooms equipped with air conditioning with a double bed. and a triple bunk bed, each with its own bathroom with showers.
The villa also has two large porches, one facing the pool, and one overlooking the back of the villa. There is also a room used as a laundry with relative washing machine and drying rack.
Outside the villa there are two beautiful barbecues with support surface and pilozza, and a comfortable staircase that leads to a belvedere from where you can admire a splendid scenario of Mediterranean scrub, with centuries-old olive trees and the sea.

Next to the villa and for the exclusive use of the same, there is an annex of about 40 square meters consisting of a kitchenette, an air-conditioned bedroom with double bed and triple bunk bed, a comfortable bathroom with shower with hot water.

The villa is surrounded by a large courtyard with shaded parking spaces and covered parking spaces. Close to the pool there are two large and comfortable outdoor showers with hot water entirely covered in stone.
Each room is equipped with a safe, the villa also has televisions with satellite decoders, an electric oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, an alarm system with telephone dialer, and all the furnishings (pots, dishes), except for linen. bathroom, bed and kitchen (which can be hired if necessary).
The 10x6 meter swimming pool, located close to the house, has a depth varying from 1.00 to 1.60 meters and can also be used by the little ones thanks to a convenient staircase that allows access. The maintenance of the pool is carried out by the staff who will check the pH and clean it daily, at the times that the customer deems most appropriate. The villa's lighting and irrigation system are fully automatic.
The villa can accommodate up to a maximum of 22 beds.
