Great location

Location is excellent although it takes a few minutes to find it initially. Air conditioning was a plus.

Wonderful apartment one block from everything

Very nice and modern apartment about 50m from the main strip in Palermo. quiet and comfortable. Matteo is amazing and one of the most helpful and communicative renters I've ever worked with... he even printed some documents at home for us and delivered them to the apartment.

Experienced Palermo

The location was very close to the main streets where there were a lot of shops and restaurants. Matteo was very helpful answering all of our questions and recommending places to eat.

Great value in Palermo

Excellent value, apartment is extremely close to restaurants, bars, sightseeing and set back a street to escape the noises late at night. Laneway is not the cleanest but felt very safe and never had any issues. Great aircon and large living spaces!

We enjoyed staying in a neighbourhood. It was accessible to everything. We loved the location. Palermo is diverse and a bit dirty but felt safe and loved the culture and the vibe. People were happy and I love music in the streets.

Stay in Palermo

Good: location, very close to restaurants and everything else. Communication with host Matteo. Apartment generally well equipped. Bad: both bathrooms were in a poor state, showers leaked and were very small. Black mould all over them. The master bathroom had water coming through the walls from a neighbouring property. It was constantly running down the walls, this was reported and Matteo and he brought out the architect and building manager, but nothing was done. There was also a terrible smell constantly in the bathroom. This was also reported and probably explained the use of multiple air fresheners. The entrance to the property was not nice and potentially unsafe dou yo the condition of the stairs, tiles all chipped and no hand rail for very steep stairs. Communication was good and Matteo gave recommendations but the bathrooms and entry needs a complete overhaul.

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Palermo

Matteo hat uns sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und stand uns stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Er hatte eine lange Liste mit diversen Tipps für uns, die wir sehr gerne angenommen haben und war immer für uns da, wenn wir Hilfe brauchten. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Dank der tollen Wohnung und Matteo konnten wir unseren Urlaub in Palermo in vollsten Zügen genießen und erinnern uns immer wieder gerne an die tolle Zeit zurück!

Super séjour !

Mattéo a été très à l’écoute et très accueillant. Il nous a conseillé plein d’adresses et à été très réactif lors de nos échanges. L’appartement était très sympa et bien équipé, l’emplacement était idéal pour visiter Palerme. Je recommande vivement !!!!
