Pearl House - Sirmione Holiday ( Private Jacuzzi)
In the heart of Sirmione, the pearl of Lake Garda, a delightful 120sqm flat on two levels, modern and elegant, with garden and terrace with jacuzzi. Equipped with every comfort, Pearl House is ready to welcome you for your holiday on Lake Garda!
In a very quiet and reserved area of Colombare di Sirmione, it is only 200 metres from the centre and the beaches and 5 minutes by car from the castle of Sirmione, the "Aquaria" spa and the centre of Peschiera d/G.
The flat is on two levels; on the first floor we have 2 large bedrooms, one with double bed and walk-in wardrobe and private bathroom, the other with two single beds (which can be joined together to make another double bed if necessary) and private bathroom. On the ground floor we have a living area with a double sofa bed, a 55" smart TV, an open plan kitchen and internal dining table, a service bathroom (without shower and bidet). Outside we find a large private terrace equipped with every comfort, with outdoor dining table and sun umbrella, a fantastic private Jacuzzi with solarium area and garden with deckchairs.

- DOUBLE ROOM
Our double room is the room that more than any other is equipped with every comfort, ready for you to experience a holiday of rest and tranquillity!
Furnished in a modern, elegant style, it has a large double bed with a comfortable mattress and double memory foam pillows, ideal for relaxing and unwinding.
In order to offer you maximum comfort, we have equipped the room with a comfortable, windowed bathroom with shower cubicle, WC, bidet and washbasin with drawers and illuminated mirror.

We have also realised every woman's dream: a walk-in wardrobe directly in the bedroom! Spacious and very comfortable with drawers and a luggage corner.
The room has a private balcony overlooking the garden
and offers a wonderful!
An LED lighting system with visible spotlights and a central design chandelier with fan also create a unique atmosphere.
A 43" smart TV with a swivelling arm for viewing from the bed and a Daikin air conditioner to cool the entire room in just a few minutes are all you will need to enjoy your evenings at Pearl House

The second bedroom offers two single beds that can be joined to make an additional double bed if required. furnished in a modern and elegant style, it is equipped with a fantastic private bathroom with shower, a 6-door wardrobe with central mirror, Smart TV 43" and equipped with a Playstation 4 console for our young guests!
- LIVING AREA
The living area is characterised by minimalist style furnishings that give the room elegance and modernity, illuminated by large French windows overlooking the terrace that allow a glimpse of the greenery.
A very comfortable 6-seater Italian handcrafted sofa-bed, upholstered in soft sand-grey fabric with an adjustable-angle headboard and a very comfortable peninsula, are placed in front of a 55" smart TV equipped with internet connection, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Youtube.
Everything you need to enjoy wonderful moments of relaxation after lunch or dinner.
On the ground floor you will also find a service bathroom (without shower and bidet)
- KITCHEN
Essential, modern, elegant.
The space is exploited to the full with an essential corner composition that runs vertically with the wall units arranged to exploit all the available space.
In the centre is an elegant round dining table with an extendable glass top and matching dark grey faux leather armchairs.
The steel sink and hob are integrated in the white top.
Accessorised with modern, designer appliances such as the scale set into the top.
All the colour choices are placed in a relationship of continuity between the kitchen and the rest of the living area without detracting from the brightness of the room and homogeneity of the whole.
- LAUNDRY
A large laundry room with washbasin is equipped with all the appliances needed for cleaning, including a washing machine and dryer. In the room you will also find recycling bins and everything you need for cleaning the house, as well as a drying rack and ironing board.
- PRIVATE SIDE TERRACE
The large private side terrace extends along the entire side of the living room and kitchen.
Facing east, it is overlooked by convenient French windows, the living area and the kitchen, which are therefore particularly well-lit in the early hours of the day.
The terrace is equipped with an outdoor dining table and a fantastic designer parasol to be able to lunch sheltered from the sun or dine illuminated by a 'starry' effect created by the lights incorporated in the parasol.
Comfortable 0-gravity loungers are ideal for enjoying unforgettable moments of relaxation accompanied by a wonderful soak in the private heated Jacuzzi tub!
We would also like to remind you that the Jacuzzi is active every day from 9.30am to 12.30pm and from 3.30pm to 10pm.
After these times, the device will automatically switch off so as not to disturb the neighbours with the noise of the whirlpool in operation.
- FRONT GARDEN
The front garden (NOT FENCED) is owned and used exclusively. However, it is communicating with the pedestrian gate which serves as the general entrance to the building, so for those who want more privacy it is recommended to make more use of the relaxation area of the side terrace.
- DOUBLE GARAGE
in the basement you will find a large and convenient private double garage where you can safely store up to two cars. The room is under video surveillance for security reasons.
