The fully air-conditioned house is cosy, guest friendly, highly operational, and can easily accommodate up to 8 adults. It features a spacious private veranda where you can sit and enjoy your morning tea/coffee or that cold beer in the afternoon.

As you step inside the house, you will find an open living space that features comfortable sofas, a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and large sliding doors that let ample light come through and light up the space.

The house has 4 bedrooms all equipped with comfortable double beds and large wardrobes to store your belongings. The master bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom and there is one more bathroom that can be used by the guests staying in the other 3 rooms.

The house is also equipped with a washing machine making it suitable for longer periods of stay but it also features a desk that can be used by people that want to work during their stay at the property.

GUEST REGISTRATION & RENTAL AGREEMENT SIGNING: All guests must complete our online registration form, sign the rental agreement, and provide identification. This is a requirement outlined in our management agreement with the property owner. The process takes just 1 minute to complete. Our data handling aligns with the 7 principles of the GDPR and is deleted from our system within 7 days after your checkout.

THIS IS A SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION, we are not a Hotel. We provide only starters and guests are responsible to restock any items and purchase everything that they will require during their stay. Edible items (oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation.

PROPERTY GUEST AREA Within 24 hours of your booking you will receive the Guest Area link with all the important information about the property. We strongly suggest using the property app before your arrival as well as during your stay as it includes important information such as directions and address, parking, wifi codes, facilities, things to do, etc. Before you contact us with any questions during your stay please check first if you can’t find an answer in our guest area - most likely the answer will be there!

EXTRA SERVICES & REQUESTS
•If your reservation is 10 nights or longer, you can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels per guest at no charge. For reservations shorter than 10 nights, you can still request bed sheets and towels, but there will be an additional fee. Expect delivery within one day. Please note that to receive any items, you must request them from our staff or through the guest area. Guests are responsible for changing the bed sheets themselves as needed.

• EXTRA Housekeeping Services, including daily services, are available on request at an additional cost.

• Baby cots and high chairs can be provided for our little guests. Only upon request and for an extra charge of €20/stay for Baby Cot and €10/stay for High Chair

• Airport transportation is available upon request and at extra cost.

Family short winter break

Good location, great size property with lovely sunny terrace. Slight issue with en-suite shower head and drainage. Very helpful host and an overall great experience
