Looking for a relaxing experience, in an amazing house from a super host? Your perfect holidays are guaranteed in this comfortable 2 bedroom house that offers more than you dreamed of, including its own private veranda.

The house is within walking distance from the world-famous Figtree Bay and all the important amenities that guests might need.

As you enter this lovely house you will first come upon the open-plan living area!

At the front of the room, you will find the kitchen that is equipped with enough cooking utensils along with pots and pans that you can use to prepare nearly every meal that you fancy!

At the back, you will find the living room area, where you will find a comfortable sofa and a flat screen TV, the perfect place to relax and enjoy your favorite movies or series.

On the upper floor, you will find the two bedrooms and the main bathroom! In the main bedroom, you will find a comfortable double bed and a desk that is perfect for doing some serious work and for digital nomads ;) In the second bedroom will find two single beds that can be put together to form a double bed! Both bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and feature large wardrobes where you can store your belongings! They also feature large windows that let ample light come through to light up the space.

On the outside spaces, you will find a nice relaxing area where you can sit and relax while enjoying your cup of tea or iced coffee in the morning or that cool bear in the afternoon.

PS: Do not forget to use your high-speed FREE WIFI and spread the news of your holidays with your friends and family!!!

Our data handling aligns with the 7 principles of the GDPR and is deleted from our system within 7 days after your checkout.

THIS IS A SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION, we are not a Hotel. We provide only starters and guests are responsible to restock any items and purchase everything that they will require during their stay. Edible items (oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation.

PROPERTY GUEST AREA Within 24 hours of your booking you will receive the Guest Area link with all the important information about the property. We strongly suggest using the property app before your arrival as well as during your stay as it includes important information such as directions and address, parking, wifi codes, facilities, things to do, etc. Before you contact us with any questions during your stay please check first if you can’t find an answer in our guest area - most likely the answer will be there!

EXTRA SERVICES & REQUESTS
• If your reservation is 10 nights or longer, you can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels per guest at no charge. For reservations shorter than 10 nights, you can still request bed sheets and towels, but there will be an additional fee. Expect delivery within one day. Please note that to receive any items, you must request them from our staff or through the guest area. Guests are responsible for changing the bed sheets themselves as needed.

• EXTRA Housekeeping Services, including daily services, are available on request at an additional cost.

• Baby cots and high chairs can be provided for our little guests. Only upon request and for an extra charge of €30/stay for Baby Cot and €10/stay for High Chair

• Airport transportation is available upon request and at extra cost.


FOR SMART TV WITH NO CHANNELS: Our listing includes a smart TV, but it does not have satellite channels. However, feel free to browse the web, watch YouTube, or log in to your Netflix account.

FOR CARDS: Upon check-in, you will receive an energy-saving card attached to your apartment key. Please remember to remove it from the card holder when you leave the apartment.

FOR KEYS: Upon check-in, you will receive ONLY ONE apartment key. We kindly ask that you store it in the key box whenever you go out to prevent it from being misplaced and to ensure it remains accessible to all members of your group.

ELECTRICITY
IMPORTANT - Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Notice:
We are committed to promoting efficient energy use in our community to support sustainability and provide a comfortable stay. Please note the following electricity usage limits:

* Studio or 1 Bedroom Apartment: 130 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 18.5 KWH.
* 2 Bedroom Apartment or villa without pool: 150 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 21.4 KWH.
* 3 Bedroom Apartment or villa without pool: 170 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 24.2 KWH.
* 2 Bedroom Villa with pool: 220 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 31.4 KWH.
* 3 Bedroom Villa pool: 250 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 35.7 KWH.
