Lovely Los Cristianos apartment in quiet complex (K108)
Beautiful one bed apartment in Los Cristianos, situated on a very clean complex with 2 pools. The apartment is well furnished and is fully equipped for a self catering holiday. The apartment has lovely views of the surrounding mountains. The location of the complex is in a very quiet area but with just a 2 minute walk to the nearest beach and bars everything is still on your doorstep. The apartment is roomy for a one bed and boasts a washing machine and free WIFI.
All our contact details are in the apartment should you need them but otherwise we leave you to enjoy your holiday.
If you are staying for more than 7 nights, our staff will enter the property to change your bed linen and towels. If you do not wish this service - please contact the office to confirm.
Please take your trash-garbage-rubbish to the nearest communal bin area (Basura)
Please note we request a non refundable 20% deposit at the time of booking. The balance payment will be due 4 weeks before your arrival date.
Also we add 150€ as a security deposit in case of damage, which is refundable minus damages 7 days after check out
