Costa Vicentina Villa with Garden, Pool and View
Casa Boavista Grande is a newly renovated countryside villa on the Rota Vicentina, a network of 400 km of walking trails along the most scenic coast of Southern Europe.
The house is set within private property on a quiet hilltop location but is still within 10 minutes walking distance to the village with shops, cafes and restaurants.
It's a convenient 20 minutes drive to the seaside and Portugal's nicest beaches along the Costa Vicentina.
Casa Boavista Grande was recently renovated using only local and eco-friendly materials, but you will still find all the comfort you'll need to make your holiday truly special and relaxing!
The villa is set on a private property with a private entrance and enclosed parking space. It's equipped with solar-powered hot water, a reverse osmosis filter for drinking water, Air Condition so you can sleep coolly and peacefully at night, a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom and WC with all amenities. The terrace with outdoor seating offers a scenic view to both sides of the hill and a 3 flame Weber gas grill. The pool is sanitised using salt water and is enclosed with a fence for safety reasons.
You'll have the entire villa to yourself plus a private terrace and private pool, the property is enclosed by a fence.
N3 team will welcome you and will be available for anything you may need during your stay.
Cercal do Alentejo, Setúbal, Portugal
The house is set on a hilltop location with an unique beautiful view on both sides. To the west, you can see the hills and mountains of the inner Alentejo in the distance. To the east, there is the coastline with its spectacular sunsets.
You'll be a 10 minute walk or few minutes drive from Cercal do Alentejo, a typical Portuguese village with shops, cafes and restaurants where you can either shop for all your groceries or eat out and enjoy the traditional Alentejo dishes if you don't feel like cooking. We've put together a guidebook with all our favorite places!
The nearby Costa Vicentina (15-20 min drive) offers some of the most beautiful beaches in Portugal and scenic hiking routes.
Getting around
The house has a private enclosed parking space. There is a public bus from Milfontes to Cercal a few times a day and local taxis are available.
If you're travelling with small children, we have the possibility to arrange two kids beds (up to 12 years old), two cots and a high chair and anything else you may need!
Please note that for safety reasons, only children over the age of 10 or adults are allowed on the mezzanine bed.
Our neighbours own a working farm with cows, hens and geese, sometimes the cows are on the pasture next to the house (separated by wall on our side and fence on theirs). You probably won't notice them, they feed and sleep somewhere else. There is the occasional tractor passing by on the road. Country life at its best.
