5 Star Award Winning -The Lamont - with hot tub - sleeps 6 guests in 3 ensuite bedrooms

The Lamont is a gorgeous Norwegian wooden lodge that sleeps six across 3 ensuite bedrooms all with super king size beds. It has stunning floor to ceiling windows, spacious living and dining areas, and a kitchen equipped to 5 star standards. There is free 5G Wifi, bluetooth speaker system and a Smart TV. Outside there is a double tier decking, outdoor furniture, a BBQ and of course the spacious Hot Tub. There is a private EV charging point. We are very dog friendly. We provide linens, dressing gowns, slippers, extra towels for the hot tub as well as high quality toiletries for your use. We also provide kitchen cleaning equipment including washing up liquid and some dishwasher tablets.
We are located on a farm offering oodles of space to explore. We have some lovely friendly animals for you to meet such as our donkeys, alpacas, goats, pigs, chickens, ponies and sheep. We have fenced walks for your dog to enjoy.
For the family we have a Play Den full of toys for your children to enjoy there, or borrow and take back to their lodge. We have a mud kitchen, a willow den and and a treasure trail to follow.
We have a pop up coffee shop that sells locally roasted artisan coffee, tea, sweet treats, hot chocolates and milkshakes.

Great location
Great location, beautiful countryside and lovely place to relax but also good to have Edinburgh and the coastline within easy reach for a day out. The lodge was very comfortable, with an extremely well equipped kitchen, spacious lounge area and comfortable bedrooms. Made to feel very welcome by the owners.

Spectacular scenery
Staying at Lamont Lodge was an absolute pleasure! The cleanliness of the lodge was impeccable, and the quality of every item provided exceeded expectations, the WiFi was fast . The breathtaking views added an extra layer of charm to the experience, making it truly unforgettable. And let's not forget the highlight: the six-person hot tub was the perfect way to unwind and soak in the stunning surroundings. Overall, a fantastic stay that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a relaxing getaway.

Relaxing Retreat
We had a lovely stay in the Lamont, excellent facilities, wonderful scenery and a perfect place to unwind. The hot tub was great too and checked twice daily by the Airhouses team. This is a great location to use as a base to explore the surrounding area or just to chill! This was our second stay and we look forward to returning.

Birthday & wedding anniversary weekend
While staying in the Ramsay last December, we checked out if there was any availability for my birthday and The Lamont was free so we booked it! I haven’t stayed there since our girls’ weekend last May and it was lovely to be back. The weather was beautiful and Spring like, it was warm enough to have the door open at times. The views from The Lamont are stunning. As always, the accommodation was spotlessly clean, everything that you would want it there, a glass for every kind of drink! The bedding and towels are spotless and robes and slippers thoughtfully provided. I have visited Airhouses in many occasions over the past few years and stayed in a few of the lodges and cannot complement it enough. I would say that you need to visit to experience it, an excellent place for any occasion. Thank you to all the team once again!

Well equipped cosy lodge in a great location
The Lamont Lodge was very well equipped, cosy and comfortable. Hot tub was excellent with one of the best views we've had from a hot tub. The farm itself is lovely and quiet and the animals were always happy to see us with our bags of feed. Location is great too, close enough for a day out to the coast and lots of Border towns nearby.

A place to return to time and time again
Just returned from another stay at Airhouses. Fantastic location, beautiful views and lovely walks. A stroll up to the little larder to pick up anything you might have forgotten is a pleasure stopping to chat with all the animals on route and sharing a handful of feed. Jumping in that hot tub early morning, mid afternoon and in the evening is bliss even with the outside temperature plummeting amid storm Isha. The hot tubs are so well maintained by Damien, as are the lodges and the farm it really was a pleasure to be back.

Top quality and so friendly
Stayed for Xmas 2023. Easy to see why this is an award winning site and team, the lodge was top quality with top spec fittings and in a very quiet borders location. Being Christmas the decorated tree and lights around really set the place off. A warm welcome assured us if we needed anything we just had to ask. The bedrooms were extremely well equipped, all en suite, and the lounge/diner/kitchen easily accommodated our family with plenty of space for the two year old to play as well as the three spaniels! All the fittings were excellent with copious kitchenware, crockery (and essential wine glasses). The hot tub was put to good use despite the weather with robes and towels provided. Wi-Fi reached all rooms and proved very fast. While the weather wasn’t at its best we did get out for local walks and made good use of the dedicated 5 acre dog field. All in all an excellent stay - thank you to the Airhouses team and we definitely recommend this as a 1st class venue to stay.

Birthday Celebrations!
This was our second visit to Airhouses. The Lamont was ideal for us being all on one level and the age range in our family! Has everything you need, very clean and homely. The views from the lodge are stunning (in all weathers) and even better sitting in the hot tub with a glass of bubbly. Great walks right on the doorstep. Loved visiting all the animals on the farm with my baby grandson and my husband has now found out he can talk to donkeys! Thank you for the lovely welcome pack!

Another great stay
We are now well into double figures for our visits to Airhouses. The accommodation is superb, faultlessly clean, well equipped and in a beautiful and peaceful location. Coffee shop is a bonus on a Saturday morning. Staff are amazing and will try and accommodate your every need. Cant wait to return in November.

A stunning place to stay, incredible views and lots of lovely extra touches
The Lamont at Airhouses is honestly one of the nicest places we've stayed. The view is stunning, the accommodation is spacious and luxurious but also homely and welcoming. We couldn't fault the customer service, from the well-stocked kitchen and lovely welcome basket, to the friendly hosts. And the hot tub was incredible - a real wow factor!

Excellent family holiday
We had an amazing time at the Lamont. The welcoming basket was a lovely touch. All of the Airhouses team made us feel very welcome. A perfect base to explore the Scottish boarders and beyond. The beds were very comfortable and we felt instantly relaxed looking at the breathtaking views. We all enjoyed the pop up cafe and the children enjoyed feeding all the animals.
