La villa si dispone su un unico piano arredato con colori neutri ed elementi che riportano al mare. Potrete anche riposarvi nella vasca idromassaggio respirando a pieni polmoni l’atmosfera di vacanze in Sardegna con privacy assoluta.

Capo Coda Cavallo is a natural paradise that includes the most beautiful beaches of north-eastern Sardinia, including the beach of Cala Suaraccia just 300 meters from the villa and characterized by fine sand and turquoise sea. It is also worth exploring the other beaches that are nearby including Salina Bamba reachable through a path that runs along the pond behind the beach.

Being an area particularly rich in underwater biodiversity, it is ideal for snorkelers, who can discover the wonders that this sea offers.

In 10 minutes by car you can also reach the famous town of San Teodoro known for its nightlife.

The villa is on a single floor furnished with neutral colors and elements that reminds us of the sea. The living room is large and equipped with French windows that give the atmosphere a natural lighting and continuity of space. The patio, ideal for spending pleasant moments in company, is well furnished and complete with every comfort. The sleeping area has 3 double bedrooms and 1 with 2 single beds, all equipped with air conditioning, and 4 bathrooms, including 2 en suite, also characterized by a coastal style.

- The use of the Jacuzzi has a daily cost of 40 euros
- in case of cancellation within the terms of which a refund is expected, a 25,00 euro cancellation management fee will be charged. Bank transfer costs are not refundable;
