About this property

Rural riverside property in a secluded and peaceful location

These are two old cottages that have been recently refurbished. They are next to the river and are in a very peaceful location, yet they are just a mile or 2 away from a world heritage site - Ironbridge Gorge, which was at the centre of the Industrial Revolution. There is a huge amount to learn and explore. There are also lots of lovely Shropshire walks and activities and you also have the local towns of Bridgnorth and Telford nearby, not forgetting Much Wenlock birthplace of the modern olympics!

A true cottage break
Superb cottages set in lovely quiet countryside. The refurbished kitchen and bathrooms are very well equipped, while the living rooms and bedrooms are comfortable. The few days I spent there with my family was very enjoyable. So much to do near by or even just sitting in the large gardens which are very safe for the dogs or children to play in. Alice the host is wonderful. I had a few requests which she was more than happy to sort for me. We will definitely be going back
