Comfort with style is OMODATION'S main motive, so we renovate all our accomodations considering our guests priorities.
This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips or family visits. It is near main amenities, bus stop, train station, university and city centre.
Fully renovated with three double bedrooms and large sitting area. It is fitted with a luxury open plan kitchen and a bathroom with a tub.
Brand new gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine is recently installed.
The space
Three large bedrooms with new carpets, double beds, bedside tables, wardrobes and chest drawers. Everything is brand new and of high quality. Bedrooms are fillted with LED lights. Main sitting area has two three seater sofas which can be used as bed too. There is a large coffee and dinning table. Newly fitted kitchen is open style and fitted with a small breakfast bar with adjustable stools. It is also fitted with integrated fridge/freezer, gas hob, microwave and washing machine. Kitchen has all essential utensils/crockery/cutlery for the guests. It also has an electric kettle and a toaster.
Guest access
Main door is fitted with fully automatic lock system. Guests will be given a code to access the apartment for the duration of their stay. This property is not shared with any other person so guests will be at their own.
Other things to note
WiFi access can be given upon request because we are still waiting for main fibre optic connection to the property.
All gas and electric bills are included in the price. We provide guests with a welcome pack for them to settle in the house.
All linen and bedding will be provided.
