The studio is set just at the heart of the main street in Gibraltar, with its many beautiful cafés, restaurants, and shopping experience yet still offers a quite relaxed experience,

i have known Gibraltar for over 40 years, from living in Spain and bringing my 2 year daughter holly over for a visit. to now holly has married a family who have been in Gibraltar for decades. hence a place for Andy and myself Sheila to stay, to see grandchildren. Hence we know Gibraltar well, and fell in love with The Residence, perfect position perfect size . We even find the pool area with just us enjoying the space. We want to be the best hosts we can.
Why they chose this property
Just a few steps away from MainStreet with the shops cafes duty free jewellery shops , yet the studio is quite. we love walking the back streets to find more beautiful cafes and shops. Casements is an historic square surrounded with restaurant's, is a hub of family's meeting. Everything is really walking distance, 20 minutes to the beach 20 minutes to the cable car, 5 mins from the marina ocean village, beautiful, you could book a dolphin trip. a 2nd marina Queensway 15 minutes away. A visit to the stunning St Michael's caves while visiting the Apes. You can always find something to do. With Studio 21 offering 2 shared patios with sunlounge's, you can enjoy the sun all-day
What makes this property unique
We have stayed at a lot of places over the years. We hope to have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. being new to this we welcome any feedback. The quietness of the pool area the nearness to town, the hi tec television with plenty of channels, the studio being lovely and bright, with plenty of storage. A selection of teas, a beautiful king size bed. Also my daughter Holly to meet and greet you, and to be at hand to answer any questions.
