We are immersed in 4 Golf Courses in Champions Gate. You will need a car to go to Publix or the restaurants.

You'll be only minutes away from Disney, top golf courses, shops, and restaurants.

Guests will enter the community through the security gate, where a guard will greet them. All guests gain full access to Champions Gate Resort and all its amenities.

My home is minutes from Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Seaworld, and Universal Studios.

Pool heating is an additional service not included in the booking price. We provide an additional fee of $45/day upon request. Please inquire for more details. I can reach a max of 80°f in winter.

If you have any special requests throughout your trip, we are happy to make service calls for $25 per trip.

Please do not check out late; you'll be charged a $150 late checkout fee.
