About this property
Cosy & convenient beach retreat
This is a cosy holiday home full of character where you can really relax and enjoy your holiday.
There is a private enclosed rear garden with a patio and BBQ facilities for those summer evenings with family and friends.
The house is located in a quiet residential area, conveniently located to supermarkets, shops, pubs and restaurants.
You can access the Deise Greenway and The Copper Coast UNESCO Geopark easily from this location.
Public Bus (route 360) directly behind the property linking Tramore to Waterford City, located on the main road behind the house (see access lane to main road).
You can walk to Main Street in 5 minutes from the house. When going to the beach I would recommend bringing the car, especially with kids as there is a steep hill to climb coming home. Note: Car Parking Pay Zones at the beach.
Other:
Quiet residential area with close community feeling.
Bus stop to Waterford (360)
Summerhill Shopping Centre a 2 minute walk away
The house has a private annex with its own private entrance to the side of the property.
Car parking for the main house is on the right side of the driveway.
Car parking for the annex is on the left side of the driveway.
Please note: Linen is provided but please bring your own towels.
