This two-story villa features 4 bedroomsand 4 en-suite bathrooms, each room decorated in a rustic Mediterranean style and equipped with ceiling fans and underfloor heating. Two suites offer sea views, and all rooms on both the ground and upper floors are designed for a cozy and spacious experience. The villa includes a full Italian-inspired kitchen, a bright living room with Art Nouveau details and coffered ceilings, combining Mediterranean and colonial styles in an exclusive design. Parties or celebrations are not permittedto maintain the tranquil and private atmosphere.

The house is for adults only!Allowed groups of young people over 30 years old. Babies and children up to 15 years are not allowed. - To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 50%.

- Upon arrival customers will make a payment of 500€ in cash, as a deposit that will be refunded upon completion of the stay should the customer have left the house on the agreed terms.

- The final cleaning (only if agreed at the time of rental) is to be paid separately - 300 euros.

*After checking the meter, the deposit will be charged for the electricity used (only if agreed at the time of rental)

- In those rooms where you can put an extra bed and whenever it is possible, the price will be 38 euros per day.



Additional Notes:

- A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (no flight / boat if applicable) and organize the collection of keys.

- Once you arrive at the destination, please contact us by phone and go directly to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged.

- The reception office will contact you shortly to inform you of the time and place for collecting the keys.

- Arrival after hours:

a) The keys will be left in a safe deposit box. The remaining amount must be paid the next day to the reception agency;

b) In the case that there is no safe deposit box, arrange arrival after hours with the agency. The penalty for late arrival in cash at the time of arrival must be paid.

- Check in after 23.00 - 30.00 euros.

- If a late departure is possible, whenever possible, the cost of the extension until 13:00 will be 50 euros and 90 euros before 17:00.

- In low season the time of entry and exit are flexible. Contact the agency to specify the hours.



*ATTENTION!

Since July 2016, the government has implanted an Eco-tax to tourism.

- € 2,20 per night and per person first 8 days. The following days - € 1.10 per person per night. Not applicable for children under 16 years.

- This amount will be due to the manager upon arrival.
