Sleeps 6-8 (max 6 adults) \ 3 Bedrooms + sofa bed in 4th bedroom if requested \ 2 bathrooms + WC
Modern townhouse in the perfect Broadstairs location - Newly built and decorated throughout, just a stones throw from the beach with two private parking spaces.
Number 4 Beach Mews has so much to offer for the perfect coastal getaway. This newly built townhouse offers an open plan kitchen/ diner and living area with bi-fold doors leading out to the patio. The ground floor also has the addition of a utility room - handy to get all the sand off after trips to the beach, there is also a small WC off the hallway. On the first floor you will find a twin bedroom, double bedroom, family bathroom and the TV room currently set up with a sofa bed and large TV (if you would like to use the sofa bed please let us know in advance of your reservation). The second floor offers a generous king size master bedroom with shower room ensuite, complete with a desk for sending those last minute work emails before heading to the beach!
This property couldn't be in a better location, it's just moments from the town centre and just a few minutes walk directly onto the beach. You'll have everything you need for the perfect coastal break just moments from your front door. And for the icing on the cake there are two private parking spaces right outside your front door - those that know Broadstairs know parking is like gold dust so parking is a real advantage.
Broadstairs has so much to offer with its many eateries and bars, blue flag sandy beach and lots of independently run shops and boutiques. As well as all the usual seaside shops you'd expect including a place to buy your buckets and spades, amazing fish and chips and the best ice cream around - Morellis!
