Situated in the very heart of the medieval grid and recently refurbished to a very high standard with parts of the original building dating back to the 15th century. Overlooking the historic Abbey Gardens you will wake up to a beautiful relaxing view from both bedroom windows. Stepping out the front door into the very centre of Bury St Edmunds, with Angel Hill just a 100 yards away.

Enjoy the use of the full property with a decked patio garden area to the rear. With 2 double bedrooms one en suite and one family bathroom spread over 2 upper floors. The ground floor has a spacious lounge and kitchen area for you to enjoy with double doors accessing the garden.
Enjoy the use of a brand new kitchen, with all mod cons including a LOR coffee machine and milk frother, mirowave, induction hob, oven, Kettle, toaster, wine fridge and fridge.
The back wall of the garden is part of Abbey Gardens and dates back to the 15th century.
Parking is available less than 5 minutes walk away at either Ram meadow car park or Angel hill. Ram meadow is recommended at just £2.50 per day or £9 for a weekly ticket.
