There are two ground-floor bedrooms consisting of a king-size and a twin, along with a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed garden with lawn, patio and furniture, and off-road parking is available. Within 2.8 miles you will find a shop and within 1.9 miles, a pub and please note that two well-behaved dogs are allowed (with a charge of £25 per week for the 2nd dog) but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Ridge Cottage is a charming dwelling, ideal for a family retreat to Devon. Note: The owner lives and runs a building firm from the property next door. Note: The property neighbours a working-farm.
