Villa Neval is located in the beautiful and peaceful village of Sveti Vid Dobrinjski in the center of the island of Krk. Although you are far from the hustle and bustle of the city, you are still close to everything. The villa is surrounded by olive groves, which ensures complete privacy. Villa Neval is a traditional stone house over 100 years old that has been completely renovated with exceptional flair and detail. It is modernly equipped and offers you everything you need for a peaceful vacation. The property consists of a holiday home, a summer kitchen, two swimming pools with a terrace and a covered parking space.
On the ground floor of the holiday home there is an open space with a kitchen, dining and living room and a bathroom. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa and an armchair from which you can comfortably watch a smart TV with satellite programs or just enjoy the social gathering. The dining room is furnished with a dining table. The kitchen offers all the comforts of a home kitchen. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with a shower, toilet, towels and a hair dryer.
The staircase takes you to the first floor where there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and air conditioning. The second bedroom has a double bed, additional single bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. There is a bathroom and a toilet on the first floor. The holiday house can accommodate 5 people.
Two pools await you next to the villa. The first smaller one is intended for children and flows into a larger one. Larger pool is for swimming and enjoying. On the terrace there are sun loungers to relax and enjoy the sun's rays. The covered part of the terrace offers a large dining set and a summer kitchen. The summer kitchen is a special part of Villa Neval, which allows you to have a particularly nice get-together with good food. A gas grill and stove, a spacious counter with a sink and running water are available for preparing meals.
The entire house is air-conditioned and has access to Wi-Fi Internet. A washing machine is available in the house. Your car will also be taken care of. There is also a covered parking space for your car.
During their stay, guests have many opportunities to relax and spend their free time, such as enjoy the outdoor pool, sunbathe on the sun loungers, relax on the covered outdoor terrace next to the house, while the children can play on the large fenced plot. Guests can also explore the many cycle paths or explore the gourmet delights of the nearby farms and taste top wines.
