In the living room there is a comfortable sofa and an armchair from which you can comfortably watch a smart TV with satellite programs or just enjoy the social gathering. The dining room is furnished with a dining table. The kitchen offers all the comforts of a home kitchen. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with a shower, toilet, towels and a hair dryer.The staircase takes you to the first floor where there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and air conditioning. The second bedroom has a double bed, additional single bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. There is a bathroom and a toilet on the first floor. The holiday house can accommodate 5 people.Two pools await you next to the villa. The first smaller one is intended for children and flows into a larger one. Larger pool is for swimming and enjoying. On the terrace there are sun loungers to relax and enjoy the sun's rays. The covered part of the terrace offers a large dining set and a summer kitchen. The summer kitchen is a special part of Villa Neval, which allows you to have a particularly nice get-together with good food. A gas grill and stove, a spacious counter with a sink and running water are available for preparing meals.The entire house is air-conditioned and has access to Wi-Fi Internet. A washing machine is available in the house. Your car will also be taken care of.
