This street was opened in 1667. Its name is a tribute to Marie Thérèse of Austria, wife of Louis XIV. The apartment is composed with a living room, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Located on the first floor of a noble building probably built during the reign of Louis XVI, a few steps from the Palais Royal and the Palais du Louvre.

Bedroom 3 with a 5***** double-bed high comfort mattresses
Mezzanine 4 with a 5***** double-bed high comfort mattresses
Living Room with one very high quality sofa bed for two.
The apartment is equipped with :

Guest Access:
EASY ACCESS : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access of the apartment.
To get the keys of the apartment:
- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the first floor.
NB : No elevator in the building
The Neighborhood:
In the 19th century, it served as premises for the printer P. Mouillot who was one of Victor Hugo's main printers during his lifetime.
This literary building has inspired various writers, including Elena Mauli Shapiro who published the novel "13, rue Thérèse" with Michel Lafon.

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggages in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment.
Check-out / Departure : until 11am
We do not serve breakfast.
Cleaning is done before each arrival and after each departure only.
We are in a heritage building with sensitive neighbors. Please be careful during your stay to the house rules :
- no smoking in the apartment or in the building's courtyard
- no drugs
- no parties
- no music
- no persons other than those who have registered their identity cards
- no noise in the common areas of the building
- no animals
- no professional photo or video shoots
If one of the above house rules is broken:
A penalty of the full amount of the deposit will be charged.
- A separate deposit on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48hours prior your arrival.
The reservation will be cancelled as soon as the infraction is noticed and you will no longer be able to stay in the apartment.
