This family friendly villa is located in the area of Gotmar, Puerto Pollensa. It is a walk away to bars, cafés, restaurants and shops, only 800 metres from the white sandy beach with its lovely promenade.
Entering the Villa there is a small hall leading to the sitting-dining room, to the bedrooms and upstairs. The sitting-room has a large covered terrace in front with a cosy sofa area overlooking the garden and the pool. The new built BBQ is located close to the well equipped kitchen as well as to the outdoor dining terrace. On the ground floor there are two twin bedrooms, one with en suite, and a bathroom with a shower.
The first floor is entirely taken up by the master bedroom with a spacious sitting area. The luxurious bath is en suite. There is also a private sun terrace.

This traditional villa has a beautiful, Mediterranean garden with lawned areas, and large palm trees. The pool, in the middle is 9x5 metres with Roman steps. Spacious, well furnished covered terraces invite for outside dining and relaxing in a countryside atmosphere.

- when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of 2.20 EUR per night per person
- a refundable breakage deposit, the amount of which is property related, will also be required when booking
