Lovely Holiday Chalet

We had a lovely stay in this chalet. Was just like a mini home. Was really happy. The owner was lovely and kept replying to our messages. The site was lovely and quiet too. The beach is just over the road. Will definitely book again if we can

Uncared for Chalet

Waited nearly 2 hours to get onto site as gate key was in chalet, and chalet key was in a broken key safe. Had to get another owner to hammer it of the wall. After driving over 3 hours to get there my autistic granddaughter had a meltdown as she was anxious about where we were going to stay

The retreat

Only stayed for 3 nights. A little dated but comfortable. A few basics were missing. Extra bin liners, washing up liquard. A welcome pack with local information.

Our stay

Very well equipped. Everything to make it home from home. Unfortunayely beds very uncomfortable - could do with new matresses for next season. Could have been cleaned a bit better as sand still on conservatory floor & dining table from previous holidaymakers, but I didn't feel it was enough to compain about. Chalet park lovely & quiet. Would recommended to anybody.

East field chalet

Beautiful weather, fabulous location to the beach and to sea cafe which was outstanding food. Chalet is as it says, 2 bedrooms clean and everything you need if you are eating in. Although we eat out every day at sea cafe North Sea observatory, we had breakfast in the chalet . Outside is a positive with a yard space which is secure for the dog. This chalet is prime Location location location to the beach. We would use this again.

Great area for beach and chapel village

We had a lovely 3 nights at Anna’s chalet. In terms of cleanliness I think Anna is aware that her cleaners are great but it was only superficial and certainly didn’t affect our stay. I wasn’t happy with the level of communication regarding the barrier fob which I ended up sorting out for myself. I understand this was due to the last guests taking it but I have to admit it did bother me. Overall we had a lovely well needed break.

Lovely property close to beach good for walking and fishing lake on site full of fish will keep you going fantasy island and Skegness only 20m away so will keep the kids happy

GREAT CHALET & OWNER

Everything was excellent - Anna, the Owner, was fantastic and extremely helpful / friendly. Will be booking this Chalet again! Chapel St.Leonards is a wonderful village / seafront location. Chalet site was very peaceful.
